Description

ULINK SATA Explorer 2.0 is a Hardware Test Fixture which is designed to help Host Phy and Digital Test. In Host Phy Test application, it is used to issue BIST Activate FIS to host-type Product under Test (PUT), such as Host Controller and Port Multiplier’s Device port, in order to set PUT into BIST mode.
